Why are there no pricing tiers based on the number of users?

This is a deliberate decision. We believe that team growth should not be punished with additional licenses. MyAIЯA earns from advanced functionality, customization, and infrastructure — not from the number of your employees.

MyAIЯA is in Beta. How secure is my data?

Security has been a priority from day one. We use encryption, regular backups, and standard data protection practices. For companies with higher requirements, a Self-Hosted option is available — in this case, all data remains fully under your control.

We currently work with Excel and Google Sheets. Will it be difficult to migrate?

No. We do not force you to adapt to the system. At the start, we analyze your current structure and configure MyAIЯA so that it reflects real processes instead of breaking your existing workflow.

What will change after the Beta stage ends?

After Beta, access for new clients will become commercial. Early participants retain priority and special conditions as the platform continues to evolve.

Do I need to purchase additional hardware?

Not necessarily. You can start using the system via a browser or mobile device. If required, we assist with biometric systems, terminals, or integration of existing hardware.

What if I need a feature that is not currently available?

MyAIЯA evolves together with its users. We are open to suggestions and regularly enhance the system based on real needs. If a request is justified and valuable, we discuss its implementation without bureaucracy or long approval cycles.
