1. General
These Terms govern access to and use of the MyAIЯA (MyAIRA) website and software service (the “Service”). By using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
The Service is intended exclusively for professional and business use.
2. Service Description
The Service provides CRM and business management functionality (projects, tasks, analytics, automation, and related tools). Access may be provided as demo/pilot/custom deployment and/or via restricted channels (including VPN-only access).
3. Account and Responsibility
- You are responsible for keeping credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for the legality and correctness of all data you upload and process.
4. Acceptable Use
You must not:
- violate applicable laws or third-party rights;
- upload malicious code, conduct phishing, spam, or abuse;
- attempt unauthorized access, bypass restrictions, or interfere with the Service;
- use the Service for fraud or unlawful activities.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of your content. You grant the Service Owner a limited technical right to process data solely to provide the Service (storage, display, synchronization, backups, and processing requested by you).
6. Personal Data and GDPR
If you process personal data of employees/clients/partners in the Service, you act as the Data Controller and are responsible for legal basis, transparency, and GDPR compliance. The Service Owner acts as a technical service provider and processes data only to operate the Service.
7. Availability and Changes
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. The Service Owner may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features for maintenance or security reasons.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Owner is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, decisions made based on analytics/reports, or issues caused by user actions, third parties, or infrastructure failures.
9. Suspension and Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for Terms violations, security risks, or legal requirements.
10. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. The current version is published on the website. Continued use means acceptance of the updated Terms.
